This document contains the Conditions that regulate the use of this website and the contract that binds us to you as (hereinafter the "Conditions"). These Conditions establish the rights and obligations of the User and Grafopsicologia Andalucia SL in relation to the products / services we offer through this website.

We kindly ask you to read these Conditions carefully before using this website or placing an order through it. You agree to be bound by these Conditions, so if you do not agree with all the Conditions, you should not place an order. These Conditions could be modified, so you should read them before placing each order.

The general conditions of sale by which we are governed are those set forth in Law 34/2002, on Services of the Information Society and Electronic Commerce (LSSI-CE).

All services provided by Grafopsicologia Andalucia SL are private, unless expressly stated otherwise, and are intended to provide advice on matters of graphology, calligraphic expertise and document copying, conducting expert reports or conducting courses for the acquisition of knowledge and skills.

In our own university degrees that we offer for some of our training actions, the number of hours and ECTS credits may be subject to modification due to changes in the regulations of the different universities. The university will issue them according to its regulations on the date they are requested.

The didactic contents of the training actions that we offer are periodically reviewed and updated by our pedagogical department, to always offer our students the most current content possible. Even so, it is possible that there are regulations or legislation subsequent to that indicated or referenced in some didactic contents.

The prices of the courses and services are indicated in euros, or its equivalent in other currencies, and include the taxes applicable on the day of the order. Shipping costs for the peninsula are free, for the Canary Islands and the Balearic Islands they are € 15. The price invoiced to the buyer is that indicated in the payment confirmation that appears on the web, at the end of the registration process, except if your address is in the Canary Islands or the Balearic Islands, who will have to pay the corresponding shipping costs later.

Grafopsicologia Andalucia SL reserves the right, which the user accepts, to modify their prices at any time, taking into account that the courses will be billed from the rates in force at the time of registration.

Payments will be made by bizum, bank card, transfer or deposit into account. The user will enter the data requested in the payment platform or by telephone to our agents. There is the possibility of splitting payments without interest for our training actions. If this option is chosen, the bank card details must be provided to collect the installments on the agreed dates. If it is not possible to make any of the charges or due to the risk of non-payment, Grafopsicologia Andalucia SL reserves the right to cancel the fractioning and to make the full payment of the remaining amount.

We do not charge commission for any of the payment methods, even if you choose cash on delivery.

Your purchase on our website is totally safe. Choose the payment method you choose, we have all the relevant security measures to guarantee the safeguarding of your payment data.

In addition, our BBVA secure payment gateway has 3Dsecure technology, which allows us to authenticate the buyer as a legitimate cardholder through a password. In this way, fraud on the network is impossible and the total security of transactions is guaranteed.

In the event that an incorrect charge is made to the card or in case of doubt with the charges that are reflected in your account from purchases on our website, contact us immediately so that we can give you an answer.

Right of modification

Grafopsicologia Andalucia SL reserves the right to modify any type of information that may appear on the website, without there being an obligation to give prior notice or to inform users of said obligations, with publication on our website being understood as sufficient.

We reserve the right to withdraw any service or training action from this website at any time and / or to remove or modify any material or content on it.

We will not be liable to you or to any third party for removing any product from this website, removing or modifying any material or content on the website.

Liability and disclaimer

Our liability in relation to any service or training action acquired on our website will be strictly limited to the purchase price of said product or service.

We are exempt from any type of liability derived from the information published on the website in the event that this information has been manipulated or entered by a third party outside the same, such as information and stored content, by way of example but not limitation, generators of blogs, comments, social networks or any other means that allows third parties to publish content independently on the provider's website.

However, and in compliance with the provisions of art. 11 and 16 of the LSSI-CE, the provider makes itself available to all users, authorities and security forces, and actively collaborating in the withdrawal or, where appropriate, blocking of all those contents that could affect or contravene the legislation national or international, third party rights or morality and public order.

In the event that the user considers that there is any content on the website that could be subject to this classification, please notify the website administrator immediately. The provisions of this clause will not affect your rights recognized by law as a consumer, nor your right to withdraw from the Contract.

Right of withdrawal

You have 14 calendar days after receipt of the material to return it. In case of making the right of withdrawal before the reception of the material, the period for the return of 14 days will begin to count from the date of registration.

To effect the right of withdrawal, the requirements must be met in accordance with the provisions of Law 3/2014, of March 27, which modifies the Consolidated Text of the General Law for the Defense of consumers and users and Other complementary laws, approved by Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16 -EDL 2014 / 35453- and that adapts Spanish legislation to the provisions of Directive 2011/83 / EU, of October 25, on rights of consumers, which repeals Directives 85/577 / EEC and 97/7 -EDL 2011 / 260927-, not being applicable in cases where:

-The tutoring service has been used

-The virtual platform has been accessed through the keys provided

-A SCORM license has been used

-The materials have been unsealed and / or manipulated after delivery, since they are capable of being copied

-The digital media included in the package have been unsealed

To make the return effective, you must notify within the period established by law (14 calendar days from receipt of the materials) using the model attached to this link or any other similar one and sending it by burofax or by certified mail to Avda. Divina Pastora, 7, local 6 D, 18010, Granada, together with the materials in their original packaging. User will be responsible for paying all return costs.

Grafopsicologia Andalucia SL undertakes to reimburse the total amount paid by the user in the concepts of registration, materials and administrative procedures without unnecessary delay and within 14 days from receipt of the withdrawal form and the returned materials.

Consent

It will be understood that the user accepts the conditions established when registering or purchasing the specific service.

Intellectual and Industrial Property

All the contents of the website, unless otherwise indicated, are the exclusive property of the owner of the website or third parties and, by way of example, but not limited to, the graphic design, source code, logos, texts, graphics, illustrations, photographs, and other elements that appear on the web. Likewise, all trade names, trademarks or distinctive signs of any kind contained on the web are protected by law. The owner of the website does not grant any type of license or authorization for personal use to the user on their intellectual and industrial property rights or on any other right related to their website and the services offered on it. Therefore, the user acknowledges that the reproduction, distribution, commercialization, transformation, and in general, any other form of exploitation, by any procedure, of all or part of the contents of this website constitutes an infringement of intellectual property rights and / or industrial owner of the website or the owner thereof.

Legislation

These general conditions are ruled by the Spanish Law. The parten are submitted, at their choice, for the resolution of conflicts and waiving any other jurisdiction, to the courts and tribunals of the user's domicile.
